  The police investigation found that at 18:00 on January 9th, Li Mouyuan saw a WeChat friend Li Mouxuan posted a piece of content in the WeChat Moments of "Linyi County People’s Hospital on January 9, 2021. The name was Li Mou. The picture of Xuan’s report that the nucleic acid test result of the novel coronavirus is negative.

Li Mouyuan downloaded the picture to her mobile phone, used the software to change the name Li Mouxuan in the content of the picture to her own name Li Mouyuan, and changed the nucleic acid test results and the reference interval results from "negative" to "positive" ", sent to its WeChat Moments.

  Li Mouyuan’s behavior has constituted an act of spreading rumors. According to the provisions of Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, “Whoever commits one of the following acts shall be detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days. A fine of less than 500 yuan shall be imposed.
