  At about 12 o'clock on January 11, the Hainan Sanya Maritime Police received an alarm saying that a ship with a load of about 15 tons suffered a bottom leak in the waters near Ledong, Hainan and caused the ship to sink. Seven people on board fell into the water and requested the maritime police to go for rescue. .

  After receiving the police, the Sanya Coastal Police Bureau initiated an emergency rescue plan, and assigned the Thousand Boats to rush to the incident sea area for rescue as soon as possible, and reported the situation to the Sanya Maritime Search and Rescue Center, the South China Sea Rescue Bureau, and the Fifth Bureau of the Coastal Police to coordinate the emergency response.
