She (daughter) said, "Mom, I know you went to war. When you come back after you win the virus, I want to draw a picture to thank all the uncles and aunts."

[Explanation] The person in the screen is Su Qian, a member of Bethune's medical team. A few days ago, her hands were frozen into "steamed buns" during nucleic acid sampling in cold weather. Her photo of "steamed buns" was also scanned online. The screen touched thousands of netizens.

When I saw Su Qian again, her hands had basically returned to normal.

Recalling that she was on the hot search "Bantou Shou", she admitted that all the nurses at the time were like this, and everyone wanted to complete the collection task first.

It happened to catch up with the extremely cold temperature that day. I remember that the report seemed to be minus 15°C to minus 5°C. Then I collected it on an open-air square in the community that day. It took about 4 hours in the morning and then in the afternoon. At around 2 o'clock, when I took off my gloves while eating, I realized that my hands were like that.

[Commentary] On January 12, after the second round of nucleic acid testing for all employees was launched in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Su Qian once again went to the front line.

At the collection site, Su Qian returned to the busy state a few days ago, skillfully operating the throat swab, and constantly disinfecting the hands, and this collection process lasted all morning.

[Explanation] At the collection site, people in the community kept expressing gratitude to the medical staff in charge of the collection, and some children gave Su Qian a respectful salute.

When everyone thanked the medical staff, Su Qian said that she actually wanted to thank everyone who was in the epidemic most.

Through our anti-epidemic situation this time, it may sometimes be more difficult, including all of our medical staff are more tired, but seeing the understanding of the residents around us, and children sometimes give us Sing a song, or say "Thank you auntie" to us, salute, we think all the effort is worth it.

[Explanation] Since the outbreak of the Shijiazhuang epidemic, Su Qian and other colleagues have been sticking to their posts in the hospital, but due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, they have never returned home during the period.

She said that she had never let her daughter see the picture of her “mantou hand” screened, because she might cry.

It’s very busy, because we have to rectify and set off at about 5 or 6 in the morning. In the evening, we usually go back to the hospital at about 9 or 10, and the children are already asleep. So sometimes, the early stage may be a little easier, such as Today's collection tasks will be less, and then I will video with her, not much contact.

[Explanation] Su Qian, who has been a nurse for 13 years, is a native of Shijiazhuang. It has become their common belief at this moment to guard the city together with medical "comrades".

As for the content of going home to accompany her daughter to paint after the epidemic, Su Qian said that she wanted her to paint the scenes of her colleagues sleeping and resting.

In fact, the brothers and sisters around me, including our own comrades in arms, are very hardworking. If I want her (daughter) to paint, it's like letting her draw a picture and let everyone sleep and rest after the war.

Sometimes our sleep is really (less), and we cannot sleep for several hours a day.

[Commentary] At the end of the interview, Su Qian thought about how she would recall this winter in the future and said the words "grateful and warm".

At the moment, she just wants to restore her hometown to the familiar appearance of the past.

(Future) Imagination is to go home and accompany the child to draw a good picture.

She (previously called) said, "Mom, I want to paint a picture, thank all your uncles and aunts, I want you to paint with me".
