What the government is doing in terms of efforts to revive markets, maintain balance, and restore the economic situation to what it was before the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, by reaching the stage of recovery is something truly huge, and varied in its shape and style, and as we all noted, many laws, facilities, and appeared Many economic packages, whose sums reached many billions, covered all areas of the economy, small before large, all in order to reduce losses and restore economic activity to its previous state.

Huge steps taken by the state, including the Central Bank's adoption of a comprehensive economic support plan worth 100 billion dirhams to support the national economy, protect consumers and companies economically affected by the epidemic, and the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi implemented a package of various economic incentives in all local sectors, including allocating three billion dirhams to the program Credit guarantees, to stimulate the financing of medium and small companies, and the Dubai government has pumped out a set of economic stimulus packages. Since the beginning of the "Covid-19" pandemic crisis, early last year, it reached more than 7.1 billion dirhams, with the aim of enhancing financial liquidity and mitigating the effects of the economic situation. The extraordinary, which the world is witnessing in light of the epidemic.

The role, now, government agencies and semi-government companies must take important steps to move the economic cycle, stimulate the market, relieve the shoulders of companies that deal with them, and protect them from breakage.

It was the turn of these parties to abide by their financial obligations, and not to delay the payment of their payments due to all the companies that dealt with them, and have completed many different projects for them, because such delay has very serious consequences, not on the contracting companies that work with these government agencies, Rather, it is on very many medium and small sectors, which are directly related, and work subcontractively with these companies, and consequently the failure of these companies to receive their dues means a direct threat to all who deal with them with bankruptcy or closure, and we do not exclude the entry of their owners into legal problems that may make them vulnerable to punishment. And prison!

There is no excuse for such government agencies or semi-government companies to delay payments of their dues, or to refrain from paying them for long months, as they are reliable bodies supported by the government that approved and approved its financial budgets on time, and they are seeking and working for the benefit of society, and they cannot cause - In any way - to harm any individual or institution in society!
