Tang Xuefan, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1961, from Yongsheng, Yunnan, with a master's degree. He started working in December 1979 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1983.
From January 2002 to April 2004, successively served as Director of the Office of the Party Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Administration of Civil Aviation, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Deputy Director;
From April 2004 to February 2007, served as member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Yunnan Airport Group Company;
From February 2007 to December 2012, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Yunnan Airport Group Co., Ltd., and concurrently served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Kunming Changshui International Airport Co., Ltd. in October 2011;
