"Taking a taxi to scan the code" on the first day, a driver did not actively remind passengers to scan the code

Some drivers are not yet familiar with the code scanning registration process; in case of passengers without smartphones, the driver can manually fill in the passenger's last name, gender, mobile phone number and other information

Starting from yesterday, Beijing residents need to scan the health code to register when taking taxis and online taxis.

How is the actual implementation?

A reporter from the Beijing News found that some drivers did not know how to operate and did not even take the initiative to remind passengers to scan codes.

There is currently no consensus on when passengers should scan the code.

The reporter learned from a number of taxi companies that since they only notified the drivers on the night of the 10th, some drivers did not have time to familiarize themselves with the code scanning registration process and failed to actively remind passengers. They will also strengthen supervision.

The Beijing Municipal Commission of Transportation reminded that passengers should use the Healthbao scan code to register when taking a parade taxi or online car in Beijing. For passengers who do not scan the code to register, the driver can refuse to ride.

For passengers who do not have or cannot use a smart phone, the driver can use his mobile phone to fill in the relevant information and report to the system, and then they can ride normally.

The driver is not clear about the operation process and does not actively remind the passenger to scan the code

At 9 o'clock in the morning yesterday, the reporter called an online car-hailing service at Shuangjing subway station.

Open the taxi-hailing software, a page automatically pops up, "In order to ensure the safety of the driver and passengers, please scan the health treasure when getting on the bus", accompanied by a small line of "If you do not cooperate with the scan code or wear a mask, the driver has the right to refuse to serve you."

After the reporter successfully called the car and before the arrival of the car, the platform again pushed relevant reminders.

In addition, in order to supervise the driver to do the scan code registration work, the Didi platform will also ask the passenger whether the driver actively reminds the scan code to register, and the passenger can answer anonymously.

After getting on the car, the reporter found that there was no two-dimensional code for HealthBao posted in the car, and the driver Master Zhang did not take the initiative to remind him to scan the code for registration.

The reporter asked him if he understood the new regulations. Master Zhang expressed his affirmation, but he didn't know how to do it, so he simply didn't remind him.

Master Zhang said that there are many groups of online ride-hailing drivers. "Today, many of my colleagues in the group encountered a situation where the platform reminded to scan the QR code to register, but did not know how to operate."

I'm not skilled in the operation

The reporter found that many drivers were unfamiliar with the whole process because of the "scan code registration" notice issued shortly after.

Brother Wang from the New Moon Taxi Company told reporters that the person in charge of the fleet posted the specific operation process in the work group in the form of text and screenshots.

"I just learned how to do it. I'm not very proficient. The operation is slower and I'm worried."

Some drivers look forward to relevant departments and platforms to introduce a simpler and safer registration method.

"Generally speaking, we use the navigation system provided by the platform for driving. After picking up the passenger, it will automatically jump to the navigation page. If you still need to check the scan code registration, you must exit and enter the health treasure interface again, which is very inconvenient. It will be more convenient to print out the QR code and paste it on the co-pilot of the vehicle, but it is not clear whether the passenger has scanned it and whether the health treasure is a green code without looking at the phone."

In addition, some drivers reported that there was no feedback after the scan code registration.

During the morning rush hour yesterday, the driver Master Sun took 5 orders. Only the first order went smoothly. After that, each scan of the code was delayed for nearly one minute, and there was no prompt sound.

The scan code registration period is not clearly defined

"Hello, passenger, please scan my QR code to register for the health treasure." Yesterday morning, the reporter called an online car-hailing car outside Guangqumen.

When getting on the bus, the driver, Master Li, took the initiative to turn on his mobile phone and reminded reporters to "scan the QR code to register."

Master Li said that he received several orders in the morning, and passengers were required to scan the QR code to register for each order.

“Generally, passengers scan the code before getting on the bus. The platform stipulates that if they don’t wear a mask or do not scan the code, they can refuse to board.” He also found some problems. “The platform issued regulations to our drivers last night, informing us that the loading will be implemented from today. The car scans the code, but there is no clear regulation at which stage after getting on the car."

The reporter learned during the interview that there are also some drivers who ask passengers to scan the QR code to register after the vehicle moves forward.

Some drivers are worried that parking on the side of the road and allowing passengers to scan the code will affect the traffic behind them. "What if I am photographed and stop illegally?"

Passengers who don’t have Healthbao drivers need to manually enter information

What if some passengers don’t have health treasures?

"Then you need to register information through another taxi-specific passenger information mobile phone program, which requires passengers to dictate and then we use the mobile phone to enter the information. It is not convenient. I hope that the relevant departments can simplify these processes to provide convenience for both drivers and passengers. "The older master Sun told reporters.

The reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transportation that in the case of elderly passengers who do not have smartphones or who cannot use smartphones, parade drivers can log in to the "Beijing Taxi Epidemic Prevention and Control Passenger Information Registration System" mini program with their mobile phones and fill in in time Passenger surname, gender, mobile phone number, number of passengers and other information.

Online ride-hailing drivers record the passenger's last name, gender, and number of passengers in a timely manner and report it to the platform.

The driver, Master Li, suggested that the platform be further optimized to achieve data networking. If the health treasure is not a green code, the qualification for calling a car can be cancelled.

Master Li spit out half jokingly, "Some passengers have incomplete health packs, which delays time. If the health packs are not green code, they will cancel the car-hailing qualification, which is much more convenient.
