  1. In accordance with the "Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on Further Clarifying Responsibilities and Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Caused by New Coronavirus Infection" (Jingzhengfa [2020] No. 2) and "On the Implementation of "Four Party Responsibilities" to further strengthen key populations, places and The Notice on the Prevention and Control of the Pneumonia Epidemic Caused by the Novel Coronavirus Infected by Units (Jingzheng Banfa [2020] No. 4) and other requirements require the township (town) government to implement the territorial responsibility for the prevention and control of the epidemic in rural areas.

Under the unified command of the township (town) government, strengthen the responsibility of territorial public health management and give full play to the role of the village (residential) public health committee. For enterprises, homestays, restaurants, supermarkets, retirement posts, kindergartens, schools, farmer’s markets and other collective public places in the village, the management responsibility should be assigned to people, and anti-epidemic measures such as scanning code registration, temperature measurement, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection should be strictly implemented.   5. Formulate and implement a comprehensive management plan.
