Super convenience store

Many supermarkets and convenience stores operating in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures will continue to operate as usual even if an emergency declaration is issued.



At supermarkets, Aeon, Yaoko, Seiyu, and Summit, located in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures, will continue to operate as usual.



However, it is possible to consider shortening business hours at stores that enter commercial facilities.



Inageya, Okay, and Life have a policy of operating as usual without changing the business hours at any of the stores.



Ito-Yokado and Seijo Ishii will decide what to do after confirming the details of the state of emergency.



CO-OP Mirai will shorten its business hours and all stores will close between 7pm and 9pm.



As a general rule, major convenience stores Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson will continue to operate as usual.

Department store

Many department stores have decided to reduce restaurant opening hours from 8th to 8pm at many stores.



About sales floors other than restaurants Isetan Mitsukoshi will close the store earlier at 7:00 pm after the 8th.



Takashimaya will be open until 8:00 pm, except for some tenants such as bookstores and pharmacies.



Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store will shorten its business hours to 8:00 pm at the Daimaru Tokyo store.



The Matsuzakaya Ueno store is normally open from 8 pm, so it will not change.



"Sogo & Seibu" will also be closed at 7:30 pm from the 8th to the 31st of this month.



Matsuya will change the business hours from 12th of this month from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Ginza main store and from 8th to 10 am to 6 pm at the Asakusa store.



At Tokyu Department Store, the Shibuya main store closes at 6:30 pm, at the Tama-Plaza store, the food department closes at 8 pm, and the other departments close at 6:30 pm.



The Kichijoji store closes at 7 pm.



Keio Department Store will close at 7:00 pm at all sales floors including restaurants at the Shinjuku store from the 8th.

Commercial facility

In commercial facilities, LUMINE will shorten its business hours from 7th to 8pm for the time being at 15 stores in Tokyo, Saitama and Kanagawa.



Atre has 23 stores in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures, and the restaurant that will enter the facility from the 8th will close at 8 pm ahead of schedule.



As a general rule, the other floors will continue to be open.



Approximately 50 commercial facilities of Mitsui Fudosan, such as "LaLaport" and "Lazona Kawasaki Plaza" in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures, will be open from the 8th to 8pm in principle.



Parco and Marui say they are considering a response.

Theme park

At the theme parks, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea will shorten their business hours from the 8th to the 31st of this month, and close the park one hour earlier to 8:00 pm.



Sanrio Puroland, located in Tama, Tokyo, will shorten its holiday business hours from 9th to 31st and close the park two hours earlier to 5pm.

Movie theater

At movie theaters, TOHO Cinemas and United Cinema Group are suspending sales of pre-sale tickets that allow seat selection from 2 days before the screening, from 8 days at movie theaters in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures.



Depending on the content of the declaration, the business hours of the movie theater may change, so for the time being, only same-day tickets will be sold.



Aeon Cinema says that it will consider the response after the 8th after seeing the declaration and the request of the local government.

Karaoke shop

At karaoke stores, Cote d'Azur is considering shortening business hours at stores in 1 metropolitan area and 3 prefectures, and Karaoke Manekineko will consider measures based on the contents of the declaration.



Other major chains haven't disclosed a response so far.
