  • A "program" of the High Commission for Planning (HCP) has been actively circulating on social networks since the end of November.

Third confinement, internment camps, mutation of the Covid-19 ... The measures announced are surprising to say the least.

  • "Pure delirium", comments the HCP, which formally denies being at the origin of this document

The High Commission for Planning (HCP) never stops fueling conspiratorial fantasies around the Covid-19 pandemic.

Last November, we already alerted you to an information note supposed to come from the Ministry of the Interior and which, under the authority of this body chaired by François Bayrou, announced the establishment of a third confinement in March 2021 . Vulgar hoax, yet the document had circulated virally on social networks, even spawning its way to

20 hours

.

It is now a whole "program" allegedly developed by the HCP which circulates on Twitter, and has been regularly shared since the end of November.

Presented in the form of a calendar, it details restrictive measures, to say the least whimsical, to fight against the epidemic: creation of isolation "camps", deployment of the army, re-containment "much stricter than the 1st and 2nd. restriction phase ”, traffic restrictions… And to predict in passing a mutation of the Covid-19 virus into“ Covid-21 ”at the beginning of February.

“Pure delirium!

"Contacted by

20 Minutes

, the high commission in the plan formally denies the existence of such a program.

“Our mission is to coordinate prospective work on behalf of the State.

The HCP is working over a horizon of twenty to thirty years to propose a long-term strategic vision ”, specify the services of François Bayrou.

"Health, industry, biodiversity, technology ... The HCP studies the possible orientations in a logic of anticipation to enlighten the choices of the public authorities in order to adapt the strategies accordingly", details the authority.

The layout of the document is an indication of its fraudulent nature: "The authentic notes of the HCP are signed François Bayrou and are online on the site of the high commission".

The most recent, entitled “What if the Covid lasted?”, Considers for example the persistence of the epidemic on the territory and proposes avenues of reflection to the government, such as the “digital development” or “the spatial planning to relieve congestion in metropolitan areas ”.
