Toyama Prefecture and Toyama City have announced that a total of 32 men and women in their teens to 80s inside and outside the prefecture have been newly confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
The number of infected people announced on the 1st in Toyama Prefecture is the highest ever, and the total number of confirmed infections is 635.
