The production of vaccines requires the preparation of a stock solution, which is mixed into a semi-finished product, and then the semi-finished product is filled, lighted, and packaged.
In the entire process of vaccine production, the original solution, semi-finished products, various finished and intermediate products, and even the water used are subject to multiple inspections in the quality inspection laboratory to confirm that the raw materials and products at each step meet the standards.
According to the results of the accelerated thermal stability test, the produced new crown vaccine has a shelf life of up to three years under storage conditions of 2-8°C.
