During the investigation, the Beijing police found that in addition to traditional illegal "day trip" solicitors such as live soliciting and black car drivers, some "online car-hailing" drivers have also joined the soliciting group, driven by interests.
They set up their own long-term routes from Tiananmen to the Badaling Great Wall on individual online car-hailing platforms, and selected tourists to the Great Wall through the system. At present, six "online car-hailing" car owners and related travel agency personnel have been criminally detained by the Dongcheng Branch.
