A young bull of two years and weighing 400 kg sowed panic this Wednesday morning in Saint-Grégoire north of Rennes, reports the National Police on his Twitter account.

Local residents and motorists called the police to inform them of the presence of the animal which was wandering on the departmental 82.

The runaway beast then took a leisurely stroll through the streets of the city center, even approaching the market that was held in town.

Fortunately, the animal "has chosen to return to its green countryside", relates the police with humor on social networks.
