He not only took root in the team, but also transformed his work experience and thinking into inventions and creations. His invention patents made the stealing behavior nowhere to hide.
Electricity thief racked their brains to think of everything possible, while Liang Yongchang made persistent researches in order to uncover criminal "electricity thief".
In 2010, Liang Yongchang’s first utility model patented product "Anti-theft and anti-miswiring electric energy metering junction box" came out, using a fully transparent shell, and at the same time improving the structure of the box, eliminating the use of moving connecting pieces and ports The possibility of short circuit current stealing electricity.

We used to go everywhere to check electricity theft, but we have too much work to check the electricity theft, and the danger at the scene is relatively high, so I thought about how to plug a loophole like ours, and started from the whole metering device from the inside to the outside. All of them are in progress, all of us have made a transformation to some of our defects that may be broken by others, and applied for intellectual property rights, which also formed some of our own products in our power grid.
[Explanation] Since 1997, he entered the Dongguan Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong to take up the special responsibility of measurement. In 23 years, Liang Yongchang's position has undergone changes, and he has always been inseparable from "metering" and "anti-stealing".
Liang Yongchang has also participated in many large-scale anti-electricity theft operations jointly carried out with Dongguan market supervision, public security and other departments, and has investigated and recovered more than 40 million yuan of electricity theft. In 2013, Liang Yongchang took the initiative to establish an innovation studio.

No matter how much contribution our studio makes, it is better for me to bring the whole innovative concept to the whole people to innovate. The second is to let our excellent members of the studio to bear fruit by themselves, and to open a new studio. Now we are doing the same. When we first set up studios, there were very few power supply bureaus. Now we have gone to 42 studios. We hope that innovation work and innovation studios will bloom everywhere.
[Explanation] According to statistics, up to now, Liang Yongchang’s innovation studio has more than 100 intellectual property rights including invention patents, utility model patents, computer software copyrights, etc., and has successively won the National Power Industry Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award and China Southern Power Grid Studio’s outstanding achievements The gold medal and other achievements are fruitful. In 2020, Liang Yongchang was awarded the title of "Model Worker of Guangdong Province".
