China News Agency, Beijing, January 5 (Reporter Liu Yuying) The first issue ceremony of the special stamps of "Xin Chou Nian" was held on the 5th at the National Museum of China.

The "New Year of the Golden Bull-2021 Xin Chou Year Zodiac Stamp Exhibition" also opened on the same day.

  There are two special stamps of "Xin Chou Nian".

The first "strive to be strong" depicts a majestic, powerful and indomitable image of a bull.

The second "Auspicious Year of the Ox", through the warm picture of the love between the big cow and the little cow, conveys to the people of the whole country the best wishes of family prosperity, harmony and reunion.

  The designer of this set of stamps, Yao Zhonghua, was born in 1939 and is a national first-class artist. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is now the honorary chairman of the Yunnan Oil Painting Society and a librarian of the Yunnan Provincial Museum of Culture and History.

  At the launching ceremony that day, China Post Group Chairman Liu Aili and Yao Zhonghua unveiled the special stamps of "Xin Chou Nian".

After the official release on the 5th, philatelic fans can purchase the stamps at designated postal outlets, philatelic online halls, and China Post’s mobile phone client.

  Sponsored by China Post Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by China Post Cultural and History Center (China Post Stamp Museum), the "New Year of the Golden Bull-2021 Xin Chou Year Zodiac Stamp Exhibition" also opened on the same day.

This exhibition will display the Chinese zodiac stamp "Family Portrait" (1980-2021 zodiac stamps), and for the first time, the Hong Kong (1998-2019) and Macau (2000-2019) zodiac stamps will be exhibited. The exhibition will continue. After the Spring Festival.
