Netflix is working on a sequel to the superhero movie We Can Be Heroes.
The director, screenwriter, cameraman and one of the producers of the first part was Robert Rodriguez, who previously worked on such adventure films as "Spy Kids", "Alita: Battle Angel", "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lava" and "Wish Stone".
According to THR, Rodriguez will be joining the production of the sequel.
According to the plot in the first part, aliens have kidnapped all superheroes on Earth.
Their children, also possessing different superpowers, unite to save their loved ones, and with them the whole world.
Rodriguez said that he created such a story, since superheroes now occupy an important place in cinema and attract a young audience as well.
