At the meeting, Gao Xiaojun, spokesperson for the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, introduced that Beijing has initiated vaccination work for nine key populations from January 1, 2021.

At present, the vaccination work is generally stable and orderly, and vaccination is smooth.

From January 1 to 2, 2021, 73,537 doses of the new crown vaccine were vaccinated in the city, and no serious adverse reactions occurred.

Up to now, the city's new crown vaccination work is generally stable and orderly, and vaccination is smooth.

In this regard, Wang Huaqing, chief expert of the China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's immunization program, said that the virus will mutate during the propagation process, and most of the mutations will rarely affect the pathogenicity of the virus, the sensitivity of the test reagent, and the effectiveness of the vaccine.

　　So according to the latest information released by the World Health Organization, the effect of the vaccine has not been seen because the virus mutation will bring related effects.

The World Health Organization has set up a virus mutation and evolution working group for this purpose. It continues to pay attention to the mutation of vaccines (viruses), as well as to evaluate the impact of virus mutations, including vaccine effects.
