The Autumn Leaf Sculpture Activity-"Autumn Remembrance Art Festival" was recently launched in the Artist Street, Wending Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai.
Different from other exhibitions, this event puts the art works outside the door and blends into the neighborhood. Visitors can either watch from a distance and enjoy it quietly, or pick up materials to create with the artist to "update" the autumn leaves sculpture works.
According to the person in charge of the event, this event is not only an exhibition of artworks, but also puts you and me in art.
It is understood that a total of nearly 100,000 leaves were used in the event. Such a large number was also supported by the environmental sanitation workers in Xuhui District during the collection process. They carefully packed the dead branches and leaves and sent them to the exhibition site of Painter Street.
