The police have flushed out a new underground party on the night of Saturday to Sunday in Marseille.

They spoke at the “El Cubano” tobacco bar, located rue Saint-Pierre, in the 5th arrondissement.

19 people were fined, confirms the Bouches-du-Rhône police headquarters, after information from La Provence.

The manager was taken into custody.

"The services continue their actions and not only on New Years Eve," said the police headquarters.

On New Year's Eve, the police intervened for a clandestine party bringing together 300 people in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille.

156 verbalizations were sent on this occasion, five people were arrested, including three suspected organizers.

The other two were taken into custody for acts of violence against the police.

They have all been released, the investigation continues concerning the organizers, the two perpetrators of violence will soon be brought to justice.

A very agitated night since the police also found a libertine evening in a club in the city center.

In total, 27 verbalizations were sent for non-compliance with barrier and confinement gestures, including the manager of the establishment.
