Yamanashi Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that a total of five men and women in their 20s and 50s living in the prefecture are newly infected with the new coronavirus.
According to the prefecture, all five are mild or asymptomatic.
A total of 581 people have been confirmed infected in Yamanashi Prefecture.
