At that time, the biggest feeling was that the people in the company were very special, that is, they should not trust me, because many of them are veterans, and they say that you are definitely not good.

Facing the doubts around him, this was his original idea to win the turnaround.
After taking over the business, he and his team focused on deep processing of potatoes, specializing in the production and sales of potato starch, protein, dietary fiber, and composite powder.
He went to foreign countries to exchange and study, update the technological production line, and continuously increase production. At the same time, he also made facial masks, amino acids, anticancer oral liquid, gastrointestinal oral liquid and other products around potatoes, which really "eat dry and squeeze" potatoes. .

I like to deal with farmers and cooperatives, so I have integrated myself into this state.
What about many of our potato processing companies? They just install equipment and are engaged in production.
I put more energy on the field, and I put more energy on the terminal sales, the two problems were solved, and the middle problem became very easy to solve.
[Explanation] From the first year of producing 7,000 tons of potato starch, until 2018, Li Xingze's company has achieved an annual production of 65,000 tons of starch, a nine-fold increase.
After the business improved, he paid attention to farmers' income and taught people how to fish.
Unite more than 200 professional planting cooperatives in the upstream and downstream of the potato industry, 10 agricultural machinery cooperatives, 100,000 farmers, and more than 20,000 poor households to establish an order planting model of "leading enterprises + cooperatives + cooperatives + farmers".
