According to him, Korenev was "a man of bright, multifaceted talent, an outstanding representative of the national school of dramatic art."

The head of state noted that Korenev's talented, memorable work in cinema and theater will forever remain in the history of Russian culture and will remain in the hearts of spectators of different generations.

Earlier it was reported that Vladimir Korenev died at the 81st year of life after being hospitalized with coronavirus.
