In order to ensure the quality of concrete and plaster, the indoor temperature must reach 5°C or higher before construction can be carried out." According to reports, the resettlement housing project will be completed and delivered at the end of June 2021.

Xiong'an Business Service Center is a comprehensive industrial and residential complex that undertakes the deconstruction of Beijing's non-capital functions and the early entry of Beijing enterprises. After completion, it will become the first iconic urban complex in Xiong'an New District.

According to Guo Jinsong, project planning manager of the service center, the project carried out drone aerial photography of the construction site, and generated a three-dimensional point cloud model through image processing, which truly reflected the site environment and construction conditions.
Combining the three-dimensional point cloud model with the BIM model, and reflecting the advance and lag of the construction progress through comparison, the BIM collaborative management platform is used for construction progress management, which improves management efficiency.
