Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 31st that it was confirmed that a total of 38 men and women in their teens to 70s were infected with the new coronavirus.
Of these, 15 are users and staff of the support facility for persons with disabilities in Takatori Town, and the prefecture considers that a cluster may have occurred and is investigating the infection route in detail.
With this, the total number of people confirmed to be infected in the prefecture is 1963.
