Currently, what I see behind me is a real-time view of Seoul from the roof of SBS Mok-dong headquarters in the direction of Namsan. This bridge is Seogang Bridge, and although the east has not yet risen, the top of the Sogang Bridge turns red, preparing for the sun to rise.

There are already places in the east where the expected sunrise time has passed, and in about 10 minutes from Seoul, you can see the rising first year of 2021.

As snow clouds are present in the western regions, it is unlikely to see the sunrise in these regions, and there are some places where snow falls a little more until tomorrow morning.

Also look for cold situations.

The current temperature in Seoul is 9.3 degrees below zero, compared to the same time yesterday (31st), with a departure of 3.2 degrees higher, and the strong chill has subsided a little.

Even during the daytime, the temperature in most regions will recover from the video zone, and from tomorrow, the cold air is expected to come down again and a cold wave will continue until next week.
