In cracking down on “scattered and polluting” enterprises, a total of 89 “scattered and polluting” enterprises and small workshops were shut down, 33 small and micro enterprises involved in water pollution, 35 illegal enterprises in the Qinjiang River Basin were filed and investigated and fined 2.077 million yuan.
