On the morning of December 29, an intangible cultural heritage exhibition event was staged at the Experimental Primary School in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The students participating in the related intangible cultural heritage courses were very interested.

In the morning of the same day, Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School held the inauguration ceremony of the Zhangzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Characteristic School and the intangible cultural heritage education base.

Puppet head carving, paper-cutting, Zhang embroidery, cotton painting and other Zhangzhou "intangible cultural heritage projects" inheritors came to the school to carry out "intangible cultural heritage on campus" teaching activities.

Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School is a national excellent traditional cultural inheritance school and a characteristic school for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Zhangzhou. In order to better inherit the national culture, intangible cultural heritage organizations were established in 2016.

The principal of Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School, Ke Zhiyong, said that in November this year, the school and Minnan Normal University cooperated to establish an excellent traditional culture inheritance base for Fujian colleges and universities.

At present, the school community has opened 8 Zhangzhou non-inherited projects including Zhangzhou puppet show, Xiangju, Zhangpu paper-cutting, Zhangzhou embroidery technique, Zhangzhou cotton painting, puppet head carving, Zhangzhou Jinge, Zhangtai Big Drum and Umbrella Dance.

Many non-hereditary inheritors also said that "intangible cultural heritage" must enter the campus, so as to avoid cultural gaps and allow traditional skills to be passed on from generation to generation.

In addition, "intangible cultural heritage on campus" is not just a display, but a way to enter the classroom in a way that students love to see, enrich students' courses while promoting the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, and improve students' awareness and conscious participation of intangible cultural heritage Protection awareness.
