In addition, the atmospheric boundary layer has declined in winter, the environmental capacity has become smaller, and quiet and stable weather has occurred frequently, resulting in the deterioration of air quality in the province.

According to data disclosed by the Jiangxi Ecological Environment Department, as of now, there have been three more serious pollution transmission processes in December than in previous years.
The five districts and cities of Nanchang, Jiujiang, Pingxiang, Yingtan and Xinyu in the province have all launched emergency responses to polluted weather.
Liu Yang is the Director of the Office of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Division of Ecological Environment Protection of the Yingtan Ecological Environment Bureau.
According to him, “Yingtan City Ecology and Environment Bureau organized a special law enforcement action for key gas-related supervised enterprises. The personnel were divided into three groups and conducted daily inspections of the economic development zone of Guixi City, Yingtan, and increased spot checks, unannounced investigations, and surprise attacks. The frequency of night inspections is subject to normalized supervision."
Located in northeastern Jiangxi, Yingtan, Jiangxi, was born because of roads and flourished because of copper, and is known as the "Copper Capital of China".
The reporter learned that in the above-mentioned special law enforcement actions, Yingtan City clearly regards copper smelting and processing enterprises as key supervision enterprises, and Guixi Economic Development Zone, where copper smelting and processing enterprises are concentrated, as key law enforcement parks, and the abnormal operation of air pollution Treatment of facilities and the emission of waste gas in violation of laws and regulations are the key punishments.

It is worth mentioning that Jiangxi has sorted out 22 upgraded control measures such as dust pollution control, industrial enterprise hierarchical control and emission reduction, reduction of motor vehicle pollution emissions, and the control of various domestic pollution sources, which have penetrated into various fields and are detailed to be operable.
In addition, the province also publishes the pollutant change curve of key cities every hour, informing all localities of the pollutant change trend during the day, clarifying the hourly average value that needs to be controlled on the day, and inverting the hourly target tasks.

Jiangxi, a province in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, known for its green mountains and green waters, was included in China's first batch of national ecological civilization experimental areas in August 2016.
