Zhong Hanlin, the former convener of the "Hong Kong Independence" organization "Student Dongyuan", was found guilty of insulting the national flag and illegal assembly for destroying the five-star red flag during a dispute with the group "Defense Hong Kong Movement" in the Hong Kong Legislative Council demonstration area last May.
