On December 28, 2020, the Heihe River in Heilongjiang, located on the banks of the Kuerbin River in Xunke County, showed a rime landscape stretching for more than ten kilometers.
The rime here covers an area of more than 20 square kilometers. It lasts more than four months from the beginning of winter to the beginning of spring each year. It is the largest and longest rime landscape in China. Xunke is therefore known as the "Northern Rime Capital".
