Business woman was fooled by "severe obesity"

The website advertised their professional skills and performed cosmetic surgery publicly. “We have twice reported Wang Liangfa’s “illegal medical practice” behavior to the then District Health Bureau in written form.”

The People’s Court of Chaoyang District of Beijing once commissioned a third-party appraisal agency, Beijing Tongda Shoucheng Judicial Appraisal Institute, to make another appraisal. Zhang Jinhua’s former lawyer told reporters that in 2015, under the supervision of the procuratorate, the Beijing Chaoyang District Health and Family Planning Commission transferred the case to the public security organs. “The police filed a criminal case in January 2016. In November 2016, the chief surgeon Wang Liangfa was arrested. Criminal detention, but when the public security organ reported to the procuratorate for arrest, it was not approved. Therefore, Wang Liangfa was released on bail pending trial."
