Let's take a look at an unknown and essential meaning, present from birth and which conditions all our movements: proprioception, the ability to perceive from the inside the position of one's body in space.
It is thanks to this proprioception that we can stand, walk, run, keep balance, catch a ball, but also write, button up a shirt, bring a glass to his mouth ... As essential as sight, touch, smell, taste and hearing, the sense of proprioception, however, remains the most mysterious and the most enigmatic.
We use it all the time, we ask for it in each of our movements in interaction with our other senses, to adapt to our environment, but without realizing it and without being aware of it ...
