Fukui Prefecture announced on the 28th that it was confirmed that two male and female employees of Tsuruga City were infected with the new coronavirus.
The total number of infected people in Fukui Prefecture is 348.
The prefecture is calling for thorough countermeasures until the 11th of next month as the "year-end and New Year infection countermeasure thorough period".
