Judging from the Beijing area, since December 7, the sales volume of natural gas there has exceeded 100 million cubic meters in 20 days.
In this case, the National Pipeline Network Group has adopted a series of measures to ensure the supply of natural gas.
The first is to focus on "incremental increase in output" and improve emergency peak shaving capabilities.
Before entering the heating season, the National Pipe Network Group reserves the pipe network and LNG tank storage in advance, adjusts the LNG vaporization volume in a timely manner, effectively balances the overall gas volume in and out of the pipe network, and ensures the safety of gas supply to users.
Since the first, second, and third lines of the West-East Gas Pipeline started on November 1, the total amount of natural gas from Central Asia and Tarim gas fields has exceeded 10.6 billion cubic meters, which has effectively guaranteed the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong, Guangdong and Hubei Wait for regional people's livelihood gas.
The key gas transmission indicators of the Sichuan-East Gas Transmission have repeatedly broken new highs. The total daily gas transmission volume has repeatedly reached more than 40 million cubic meters. On November 26, the daily gas transmission volume reached 46.04 million cubic meters, a record high.
As an important means of peak shaving to ensure supply, gas storage also plays an important role in this winter supply process.
Since the winter supply, the total gas production volume of the gas storage has exceeded 4.4 billion cubic meters.
Since December, the daily gas production has been above 100 million cubic meters.
Among them, the daily gas production volume of Wen 23 gas storage is maintained at more than 10 million cubic meters.
The second is to speed up "interconnection" and improve the ability of gas supply.
According to the State Pipe Network Group, with the completion of major oil and gas infrastructure such as the middle section of the Sino-Russian Eastern Route (Jilin Changling-Hebei Yongqing) and Qingning Natural Gas Pipeline, as well as the Changsha Interconnection Project and Fuzhou Interconnection Project, the completion of key national interconnection projects, In operation, the advantages of my country's natural gas pipeline network interoperability and mutual insurance have been further demonstrated.
On December 5, the Guanghui Qidong LNG interconnection project was successfully commissioned and officially connected to the grid. The Guanghui Qidong LNG pipeline successfully entered the West-East Gas Pipeline, which greatly improved the natural gas supply capacity in coastal areas of Jiangsu Province. The gas volume is 3 million cubic meters.
The third is to stick to the "bottom line" to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipeline network. The national pipeline network stated that in the critical period of ensuring winter heating, it will firmly establish bottom-line thinking and risk awareness.
