Tatsuya Matsuki (29), the original author of the popular manga "Act-Age" serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, was forced to touch the body of a 14-year-old junior high school girl on the streets of Nakano-ku, Tokyo in June. I was accused of obscene crime.
