Pyeongtaek noodle restaurant delivered unfortunate news.

SBS'Alley Restaurant', which aired on the 23rd, visited the Pyeongtaek Halmae noodle restaurant again as a 2020 winter special.

On the broadcast that day, Baek Jong-won and MCs visited the Pyeongtaek Grand Mae noodle restaurant.

It was to solve the curiosity about the whereabouts of the grandmother who could not be seen from any time.

In fact, the president of the Pyeongtaek Grandmae noodle restaurant suddenly collapsed from a cerebral hemorrhage in May and had an operation, and after that he died a few days after he was not conscious.

The grandmother's daughter inherited the store and operated it.

The daughter who became the boss now said, "In fact, even if my mother wanted to pass it on, it didn't work at the time. I thought my mother would live for 10 years and 20 years more," he said. "But now, when I think about it, I regret that I will help you a little more I said, "I can do it."

The boss said, "I had to undergo surgery for cerebral hemorrhage, but I thought it was fortunate to go to the hospital early. After the surgery, my mother was in the intensive care unit, and I thought,'When my mom opens her eyes, I should ask how to make kimchi.' I thought that I would be in the hospital for a long time."

However, the consciousness did not return and left, and the daughter drew attention by revealing that she had not learned 100% of the proper secrets, such as kimchi and seasoning, from her mother.

The boss said, "Usually my mother made about 4 cans of red pepper paste, but before I died, there were 11 of them. I kept eating them and made the seasoning."

In response, Baek Jong-won said, "Did you see the reviews? The customer reaction was good."

Then the boss said, "Because my mother isn't there, I wanted to not make her feel empty, so I kept looking for that."

And it turned out that the boss made a request to the production crew.

At the time of recording the broadcast, my mother asked me to find a video of making kimchi.

Accordingly, the production crew restored and sent a video of the boss's mother making kimchi.

The daughter, who received the only video containing the secret of 28 years, surprised everyone by making kimchi three times a day every day and comparing it with the two kimchi left by her mother.

On this day, the boss also gave a special thanks to the'Alley Restaurant' team.

He made the hearts of viewers happy when he said, "I have a video so I can watch it when my mom wants to see it. So I am so thankful."
