At that time, Huang Shuixiu's mother was working in the cafeteria of the nursing home. When she visited her mother, she saw an old man who was deaf and unable to get a haircut but couldn't go out. She was deeply moved and decided to help these old people get a free haircut regularly.

Until July 2000, she failed to go to the 16th of this month because of an illness.
A few days later, two elderly people suddenly took a ride from the Guangrong Nursing Home in Zhajin Town for more than an hour to the hospital to visit her. Some elderly people with limited mobility also jointly wrote letters to care about her condition.
