Lao Rongzhi was arrested 23 years ago and absconded with the murder case

  On July 29, 1996, the Public Security Bureau of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province filed and investigated a robbery and intentional homicide case at No. 602, Bamao 1st Lane, Donghu District, Nanchang City, and issued a warrant for the crime on August 18 of the same year.   On November 28, 2019, the criminal suspect, Lao Rongzhi, was arrested by the Xiamen City Police in Fujian Province. On December 5 of the same year, the Nanchang Public Security Bureau sent personnel to Nanchang.
