On December 18th, in Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, the 2020 Fifth Zunyi Winter Solstice Lamb Noodles Tourism Culture and Food Festival opened. Many tourists came to taste authentic Zunyi Lamb Noodles.
Since 2016, Zunyi's Lamb Noodle Festival has been successfully held for 5 times. In 2017, Zunyi City won the title of "China's Lamb Noodle and Gourmet Capital".
At the event site, two soup pots with a diameter of three meters attracted diners to take photos and "check in", and line up to taste the mutton powder boiled in this big pot.
Many diners said that Zunyi mutton noodles has a long history. With the changes of the times, the scene of cooking mutton noodles in a cauldron has gradually disappeared. The cauldrons at the mutton noodle festival brought back childhood memories.
