The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has not prosecuted six gang leaders who were arrested for receiving damages from special fraud at the base of the Yamaguchi-gumi's core organization, Kodo-kai, in Kobe.

Six executives of the gangsters under the umbrella of the Kodo-kai, which has its headquarters in Nagoya, were arrested for receiving the damage of a special fraud, more than 2 million yen, by registered mail at a base in Kobe.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, one out of six people withheld approval or disapproval of the investigation, and the other five denied it.

As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo Public Prosecutors Office dismissed the six persons on the 17th.

The prosecution has not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
