After investigation, Meng Fanyi, a resident of Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, was suspected of committing a major crime.

  According to the report, Meng Fanyi is about 175cm tall, of medium posture, and lacks a knuckle of the little finger of his right hand.

When escaping, Meng Fanyi was wearing a gray-white hooded short cotton jacket, gray-black pants, and a leather shoulder bag.

  In order to capture the suspect, the Public Security Bureau of Kezuozhong Banner collected clues from the society.

Those who can provide clues to capture criminal suspects will be rewarded 30,000 yuan; those who directly capture criminal suspects will be rewarded 50,000 yuan.
