After Ni Mougen filled these restored wine bottles with low-grade liquor, repackaged them and sold them to small liquor merchants.
In order to dig deeper into the trading chain behind, the Jiaojiang police conducted accurate research and analysis based on the clues obtained in the early stage. According to accounts, from the second half of 2019 until now, Ni Mougen and his wife Liu Mouhua purchased a complete set of fake packaging accessories for famous wines such as Moutai and Wuliangye from Pan Moude, after buying wine bottles, bottle caps, and outer packaging from Pan Moude, in Haishu District, Ningbo City.
