Last June, a 12-year-old male student in the first grade of junior high school was taken to a hospital with fried chicken in his throat at Sakuranoen, a welfare facility for the disabled in Moriguchi City, Osaka, and then died.

The boys had a weak ability to swallow, so they had to chop the food into small pieces, but police said in July that they were suspected of feeding them without chopping them, and in July, the police said Six of them were sent documents on suspicion of accidental fatalities in business.
