Hanna Rosin announced “The End of Men” in the wake of the financial market crisis, referring to the ideas of classic, patriarchal masculinity.

The “old white man” became a household word (and is also reflected in the boomer that made a name for itself in 2019).

And then there is the toxic masculinity that appears in many publications as a kind of pleonasm - isn't all masculinity always already toxic?
