There are 6 cases (patients) aged 68 to 78 years old, most of which have comorbidities, such as basic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The impact of infection with the new coronavirus on them needs further observation.

In accordance with the principles of the eighth edition of the New Coronary Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Plan, the hospital implements a one-person-one-case treatment plan, formulates different treatment plans for each patient, and cooperates with experts from relevant majors of West China Hospital to test each patient's symptoms every day , Laboratory and other auxiliary examinations, the results are analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding treatments can be finely adjusted in time.

Every afternoon, the condition of each patient is reported to the national expert group through the network, and the guidance is listened to to ensure that each patient can receive the most complete treatment. At the same time, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is implemented. The provincial and municipal traditional Chinese medicine expert groups provide on-site Chinese medicine guidance. The National Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases condenses the etiological mechanism based on the clinical manifestations of patients, conducts classification demonstrations, determines prescriptions and medications, and actively treats them.
