Li Le (pseudonym) just graduated from university this year.

Only a few hours after the resume was delivered, Li Le received a phone call with an unknown number and asked her "Have you found a job?" After learning that Li Le had not found a job, the other party asked her to add a WeChat communication and said she wanted Help her find a job.
After adding WeChat, Li Le was drawn into a WeChat group of about 200 people.

From this day on, she kept receiving similar calls.

"I protect my phone very well. I haven't bought insurance and haven't registered for information, but after submitting my resume, I have a lot of insurance calls."
Zhao Mo would answer these calls at first and tell the other party not to call again, but the person who called was different each time. Later, he asked the caller to know that his information was downloaded from the recruitment website and sold. Up.
"The classmates around me have also experienced such things. They posted their resumes online and the information was sold. Now this situation seems to be unsurprising." Zhao Mo said.

The reporter's investigation found that in the "Boss Direct Recruitment Bar" and "Zhilian Recruitment Bar" of Baidu Post Bar, some posters bought resumes, while others sold resumes, and said that "national resumes can be downloaded".
Enter keywords such as "resume" and "recruitment resume" in the search bar of the QQ search group, and you can also find many group chat information selling recruitment resumes, and the group name or group profile includes "Zhilian Recruitment", "BOSS Direct Employment", etc. noun.
Most of these groups have not set the entry threshold, click to join to enter the group.
The reporter randomly entered a QQ group named "Zhilian Resume Recruitment Resume", with a total of 493 members.
Members in the group continue to post information such as "sale of BOSS direct recruitment accounts" and a certain recruitment website "national resume points are available".
The reporter contacted a seller in this group as a buyer. The seller said that the resumes sold are divided into first-hand and second-hand resumes. The first-hand resume is the resume that has not been sold, and the second-hand resume is sold before and again. Resume for sale.
In the QQ group, people continue to publish information such as sales resumes and corporate accounts.
The seller said that different recruitment platforms have different prices for resumes. Some platforms have a first-hand resume at 2 yuan and a second-hand resume at 0.5 yuan; some platforms have a slightly more expensive resume, such as Zhaopin’s first-hand resume at 2.5 yuan, and second-hand resumes. 0.7 yuan per piece.
The resume sold by another seller in the group is relatively cheaper.
"One-hand real-time resume is 1 yuan, and you can get a discount if you buy more. If you buy 2500, I will give you 2,000 yuan."
As for where the resume comes from, the two sellers mentioned that their resumes are downloaded directly from the corporate accounts of platforms such as Zhaopin Recruitment and BOSS Direct Employment.
Another seller mentioned that the resumes they sell are obtained through “posting”, which can guarantee that the resumes are “real-time and first-hand”.
"Posting" is the code word of sellers, that is, posting recruitment information on the recruitment platform.

In September 2019, the Xuhui District People's Court convicted Chen Nan and other four defendants guilty of infringing on citizens' personal information and sentenced them to sentences ranging from five to three years and three months.
