The Covid-19 vaccination campaign begins this week in the United Kingdom.

It is the first Western country to do so.

The British faced a particularly deadly Covid-19 epidemic, with more than 60,000 deaths recorded.

Publicity

The management of the epidemic has caused immense mistrust of politicians and Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

In contrast, the British retain their confidence in medical personnel and health authorities.

According to a YouGove poll conducted in mid-November, three quarters of them say they are ready to be vaccinated.
