Mark Zuckerberg's social network again in turmoil.

The US Department of Justice announced Thursday it had filed a complaint against Facebook for "discrimination" in hiring.

He accuses him of favoring the recruitment of foreign workers on temporary visas over Americans.

According to the complaint, presented in a ministry statement, Facebook has "intentionally created a hiring system that has prevented qualified Americans from having a chance to meet and run" at 2,600 positions over the past two years.

Donald Trump's administration has made several attempts recently to restrict the highly used H1-B visas in the high-tech sector, but has faced setbacks in the courts.
