A big fan of Twitter, the young mayor of Plœmeur (Morbihan) Ronan Loas released a municipal decree on Tuesday authorizing Santa Claus to circulate on New Year's Eve.

Using the usual codes of the administrative document, the former member of the Republicans had fun posting his text on his social network, where he is followed by a little more than 10,000 people.

"Considering the right to laugh and have fun at any time with respect for all", Ronan Loas specifies that Santa Claus "will have the right to circulate and park as he sees fit on the night of December 24 to 25".

The mayor also invites his constituents to prepare "a little snack at the foot of the tree" in order to prevent the man in red "from weakening".

In his decree, the elected official even goes so far as to recommend that children "follow parents' instructions, especially when going to bed."

Given the importance of the situation, it was my responsibility as a local elected official to take the following municipal decree for @VillePloemeur from the first day of December.

"I therefore invite you with the greatest seriousness to take note of it and to comply with it", slipped the elected official in his message.

A little lightness that feels good at a time when the Christmas holidays are the source of multiple questions against the backdrop of the Covid-19 epidemic.
