China News Service, Hong Kong, December 3 (Reporter Wang Jiacheng) On the 2nd, Hong Kong Next Media Group founder Li Zhiying, Next Media Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Zhou Daquan, and Next Media Chief Executive Officer Huang Weiqiang were charged by the National Security Department of the Police Force. The crime of "fraud" accused them of concealing the science and technology park company and allowing Lico Consulting to use the building in violation of the lease.

The case appeared in West Kowloon Magistracy on the 3rd.

The magistrate believed that Li Zhiying was at risk of absconding from bail and refused his bail application.

The other two defendants were granted bail with bail of 200,000 yuan (HK$, the same below) and 100,000 yuan.

The case is postponed until April 16, 2021.
